Neon Strip Pretty much the flashiest place in the city, the Neon Strip is a long upward-sloping road lined with almost-acceptable stores selling usually-legitimate goods. The street is always lit by neon lights, the brightness required to ward off the darkness of the overhanging flats built over most of the stores. The odd restaurant or bar dots the Strip, providing food and drink that only occasionally kills.

Illuminated Murder Sector Dogs the size of wolves and cats that come close to being the size of small dogs haunt this place – a sector of land fenced off long ago for some reason unknown but open to the general curious public since the fences have been ripped away in places – now it’s just as much a part of the city as any other, with neon-noir lighting backstreets and alleyways, illuminating murders and other, worse crimes with all the apathy of nonliving beings.
