0 - The Fool might be a young ginger she-cat, who insists she has nothing to do with the lot of them.
I - Juggler could be a manipulative cat of both genders, perhaps a red abyssinian.
II - The High Priestess is the Hierophant's sister, still very young compared to the others: appearing as a kitten of some color or another.
III - The Empress is Emperor's mate, Hanged Man's sister and a blue she-cat.
IV - The Emperor is Death's brother, a fawn tom, very protective.
V - The Hierophant is the High Priestess's sister, still very young compared to the others: appearing as a kitten of some color or another.
VI - The Lovers could be two cats who nobody remembers what they look like because they've been hiding inside Death and Hanged Man's heads.
VII - The Chariot is proud, arrogant and overconfident; however, he acts subserviently toward Sun.
VIII - Strength, a tom, has a great strength of will, making him an impossibly stubborn cat.
IX - The Hermit seems to be constantly drunk, somehow away from where he belongs and always looking for something he cannot find. He has ragged fur, matted and messy.
X - Wheel of Fortune is extremely lucky, yet he takes a long time to make decisions, liking to ponder all choices as long as possible, to the point of being indecisive.
XI - Justice is a female, somewhat bipolar cat, swinging from a caring personality to a cruel one, even regardless of the circumstances.
XII - The Hanged Man is a black she-cat, in love with Death.
XIII - Death is a male cat of all shades of the rainbow (punk, mohawk and everything) and he's in love with Hanged Man.
XIV - Temperance is mute, perhaps also blind. Very relaxed, perhaps silver tabby of some sort. Wings, glowing blue eyes: something to distinquish her as a higher being.
XV - The Devil is female, very laidback and suave, all white just to be on the verge of original... Perhaps a minature Siberian Tiger.
XVI - The Tower / House of God: perhaps to be a place rather than a person, like Fiddler's Green. Perhaps a desicrated church in Northside that just happens to talk to passers by (the feline sort?)
XVII - The Star is an all black cat with glowing pin-points of light on her fur.
XVIII - The Moon is an all black cat with glowing pin-points of light on her fur.
XIX - The Sun is an all black cat with glowing pin-points of light on her fur.
XX - Judgement is an elderly, wizened tom, with white muzzle and ice-blue eyes. Snappy and quick to make sometime erroneous judgements on people.
XXI - The World is the most powerful: his feline persona would be a massive black cat who can be everywhere at the same time and is aware of everything that is happening or has happened or will happen; that knowledge of every possible future, drove him insane and the triplet further down the list (Star, Moon, Sun) try to keep him under control.
